Yoga poses for Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is one of the most common problems faced by men, but there are certain simple exercises that can be done by men to make it easier to perform. If you are facing erectile dysfunction, then don’t worry because we have some yoga poses that will help you to perform better in bed.

Viparita Karani

The first pose is Viparita Karani which is known as the mother of all yoga postures. In this pose, you will need to place your hands on the floor and lift your body towards the sky. It will help to stretch your body and improve blood circulation.

Surya Namaskara

This is a very famous pose in yoga, which is the union of the male and female bodies. In this pose, the male and female partners face each other, and the man places his hands on the woman’s hips. Both the partners stand up straight, and both their feet are placed firmly. The woman stands on her toes, while the man stands on his heels.

The pose is completed by the man pressing the woman’s hip with his chest, and she presses the man’s hip with her chest. Now the couple is facing each other, and the man should be able to feel the woman’s breasts pressing against his body.

Pavanmuktasana

This is a very good pose that can help you in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. In this pose, the couple is lying down on a mat. The woman lies on her stomach, and the man sits behind the woman. The woman then lifts her head and brings it forward.

The man holds the woman’s waist, and he then slowly moves his head towards the woman’s head, while maintaining eye contact.

Tadasana

This is the most basic and easiest yoga pose. In this pose, the couple is standing straight. Both the partners are facing each other, and the man is holding the woman’s hand. They are facing each other, and their hands are touching. This pose helps in the treatment of erectile dysfunction because it relaxes the nerves and the blood vessels of the penis, and the muscles of the pelvic area, and it stimulates the brain, which is the most important part in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Prasarita Padottanasana

If you are suffering from impotence then this pose will help you to release the stress and calm your nerves. It will also increase blood circulation in the body and it will relax the body.

You will have to stand straight and then place your palms together. Keep your hands slightly bent and turn your palms upwards. Keep your feet apart.

The goal of this pose is to stretch the spine and to open up the chest and shoulders. You will feel the relaxation in your body.

Supta Matsyendrasana

This is a simple pose but it is considered one of the best asanas. This pose helps you to relieve stress, it makes you calm and it will also increase your blood circulation.

You will have to lie down on the ground. Place your hands and knees on the ground. Make sure that your hands are straight and your arms are stretched.

Your knees should be at least shoulder-width apart. Your spine should be straight.

Ardha Chandrasana

This pose helps you to increase blood circulation in the body. It will also help you to release the tension from your body.

You will have to lie on the ground and place your legs in the air. Your body should be perpendicular to the floor. Keep your feet together. Your body should be straight.

Bhujangasana

This is a simple pose but it is very beneficial for curing impotence. If you are facing any problem related to sex then you should try this pose. It will help you to release the tension and it will also increase blood circulation.

You will have to lie on your back and your legs should be straight. Your head should be placed on a pillow and your arms should  Next, you will need to place your hands on your hips and raise your feet so that they are perpendicular to the ground. Next, you will need to tighten your abdominal muscles and lift your head and shoulders off the pillow. Hold this position for 30 seconds to one minute.

Vrikshasana

This is one of the most commonly known asanas that will help to strengthen your pelvic muscles and improve blood circulation. It is mostly used by the people who are suffering from erectile dysfunction.In this pose, you must lie on your back and bend your knees. Now, extend your legs and raise them. You can use the blanket or towel as support.

Now, place your palms at the back of your head and keep them on the floor. Now, press your chin down towards your chest and raise your upper body. You can also hold the blanket. Continue this pose for at least 5 minutes.

Jalandhara Bandha

This is the most effective asana to increase the blood flow in the penis and this is why it is highly recommended for people suffering from erectile dysfunction. In this pose, you need to lie down on your belly. Keep your legs and thighs apart. Now, tighten your anus muscles and press your tongue against the palate. Keep this position for at least 5 minutes.
